Telecom/Spark

Results: Online leads for core services increased by 40%.
Services: Conducted a full audit on the existing digital conduct, of internal team and service providers, developed a usability strategy, and provided a detailed document on how to implement all changes.

Provided eCommerce consulting services specifically on the digital acquisition strategy for the iPhone and smartphone campaigns, delivering a 40 page report documenting all issues and recommendations on how to exponentially grow ROI. Implementation plan was also included so the Telecom digital team had a plan they could follow for the next 12 months.

Optus

Results: Grew online monthly revenue for B2C division by 15 times within 8 months. Doubled qualified leads for the B2B division within six months, and doubled the conversion rate from lead to a sale.

Services: Developed digital strategy, project managed new site build, created and implemented a usability strategy, wrote copy for the entire lead generation site (30 pages), continuous improvement services including the ongoing monitoring of analytics and provided recommendations on new changes based on insights from data.

Scenic Hotel Group

Results:  Increased monthly online bookings by 80% within four months.

Services:  Completed audit on existing site and provided factual proof to senior management the site was incapable of aligning to the business strategy. Developed a digital strategy including a usability strategywith emphasis on the booking engine and a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy.

Key to the success of this project was working directly with the inventory management software teams.  This software completes the booking process online and was adding too much friction to the buying process. 

Implementing a separate usability strategy for the room selection process dramatically decreased bail outs at this step.  A customised analytics installation was also implemented allowing clear insights on all future decision making.  

Warner Music

Results: NZ Led Zeppelin album launch became, globally, the most successful launch for this album out of all the Warner offices (success was measured by album sales per capita).

Services:  Created a full digital strategy requiring integration into existing campaigns by The Rock radio station. This was a pre sale campaign where purchases could only be taken online.  All orders then handed over to The Warehouse to fulfill. 

Managed all digital conduct, the site build, the digital acquisition strategy, the usability strategy.  Specific focus was to guide consumers to the DVD box set instead of the CD only.  Through usability strategy and strategic page layouts, over 90% of sales was for the DVD box set.

Singapore Airlines

Results: In less than two months, grew online monthly revenue by over 400%. 

Services: Client was unable to make any template changes to the site due to head office control, the only option was to work within the confines of existing page layouts. By applying a usability strategy, conversion increased to achieve the dramatic increase in revenue.

Avis

Results: Grew annual online revenue by 100 times within a three-year period (client was originally turning over six figures).
